• Shipping is completed weekly on a SATURDAY.

• All items purchased over the course of the week, will be packaged and shipped via AusPost with tracking (if shipping has been paid).

• Express and standard shipping options are available during Checkout.

• Delivery Schedule: Standard > 5-15 business days

• Delivery Schedule: Express > 2-8 business days

Customers are reminded to fill out their shipping address carefully during checkout.  Unicorn TCG Collections does not accept responsibility for parcels returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses and thus reserves the right to charge the customer for any further shipping costs required to successfully deliver the parcel to them. 

 

It is recommended that customers create an account with Unicorn TCG Collections and store their shipping address(es) on file for future orders as a means of minimising human error – we really don't want to have to charge you for shipping twice!

Returns Policy
As these items are opened Live on stream whilst you watch, there is no accepted returns for items, all sales are final. ONLY exception is unless the pack opened is damaged internally then it will be replaced either during the live stream or in follow up at the discretion of Redemption.
